Blog post #20 If you had the ability to talk to one species of animal, which animal would you choose to communicate with? Why?

If I had the ability to talk to one species of animal, I would choose to communicate with a whale. Whales travel large distances and are the biggest mammal. It would be an interesting feeling to know that there is no one bigger than you. Whales are also known to be a violent animal and are feared by most animals under the sea and also humans. Everyone leaves them alone and they can just be themselves and eat as much as they want. Whales don't  have to worry about being attacked so all that they have to worry is eating and relaxing under the sea. Most other animals have to worry about their safety as preys and usually end up being killed by a human or a different animal.Being under the sea seems like a safe place to live because it is not as dangerous as the outside world. If I were a whale I would have my own language with other whales and I could communicate with my whale friends and family across miles of ocean. A whale is independent and does not need to be taken care of, I would like to have the traits and characteristics of a whale and that is why it would be the animal of my choice.
